I am doing a project on the history of chocolate for school so I decided to create what the Aztecs made out of chocolate. xocoafl is a thick bitter drink made of only cocoa and water. I tried to make my own with cocoa powder and hot water. It was DISCUSTING. And my version wasn't even as bad as the real stuff! Mine didn't turn out as thick and strongs as the Aztecs because they used the whole bean while I only had powder to work with. I am going to bring some xocoafl to my presentation for everyone to try and I will post everyone elses reaction to it!
