Pizza Crust

Today I learned how to make homemade pizza crust! It was so cool! My favourite part was leaving it to rise and coming back and it being HUGE. I knew it would rise but not that much. I found that tossing it up in the air doesn't work out very well when you are as uncordinated as me. When my pizza was done I wrote on it with easy chesse. It was for a project in chemistry and I had to write my information on it. I found that easy cheese is not so easy to write with!
