Building a Float

Today I joined the Comecoming Commity! It was my first time to ever work on a parade float. My job was to tuck tissue paper into a round chicken wire strucutre to make it look like a tie dye peace sign. It was pretty difficult at first and kind of annoying because we were trying to tie the tissue paper on. By the end we were just stuffing them in there and it actually looked better than the tying. It kind of suprised me! I think the float is going to be so cool. We are going to do the parade tomorrow so I hope everything will go well and they finish the rest of the float!
